This policy explains what the operator of RichXPay ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use richxpay.io or richxbank.com, and why. It applies to visitors, account holders, and payment recipients alike.

Transaction records are retained as long as required for audit, dispute, and legal purposes. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as required by law.

Settlement on RichX Chain carries no network fee. Where a transaction involves a third-party payment method (card, bank transfer), that provider's standard fees may apply and will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
You may not use RichXPay for money laundering, financing of illegal activity, or any transaction prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or transactions under active fraud or compliance review.
The service is provided "as is" during this early-access period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
